4. Your contact information(e.g. email address, mailing address and telephone number) for follow-up.

5. A statement saying you believe your content is being used without permission.

6. A statement that everything in your notice is the real deal, and, under penalty of perjury, and you’re the copyright owner or have the right to act on their behalf.

Once We Get Your Notice:

We’ll take a look and decide what’s best.

If something’s missing or doesn’t meet the legal standards (thanks, 17 USC § 512(c)(3)), we might need to hit pause on processing it.
